Can I tether a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 -10.1" to a Motorola Triumph?

Hello and welcome to the forums raggedydan - thanks for joining 
I am not familiar with either device... I would imagine it is possible, however I believe that (in some parts of the world) you would require an extra tethering data plan to do this.
