Tethering App apk?

Tried to root evo 4g last night....big fat fail. so now until i can figure that out i am looking for pdanet tablet app apk. it appears it has downright disappeared. no one has even talked about it for several months. any help is greatly appreciated. trying to tether my evo 4g to my vizio vtab 1008.
 
This can be done if you root the Vtab and then work with the wpa_supplicants file. Details can be found at XDA and Android Table Forums.
