I see that this phone has a working ipv6. I noticed that the dhcpv6 script has disabled router advertisements. When tethering through this phone, can the tethered computer get its own separate ipv6 IP? I would guess not, to keep peoples computers secure.
Edit: When I first got this phone the hotspot worked. The next time I used it, it didn't work. Is there a way to hack it? Perhaps there's a permission that I can remove that would prevent it from phoning home? I would imagine that's impossible, since disable it's internet access would disable the tethering too. If I could figure out which hostname it tries to connect to, I could edit the hosts file.
