Are there any apps that still work with VM that will allow me to tether my Samsung Galaxy II phone to my Samsung Tab II tablet? Or are there any other way to tether my tablet to my VM phone?
 
Does VM still allow tethering without a tethering account? Any app will work - if the carrier allows the tethered packets through. No app will work if they don't.
 
I tether to my laptop using portable wifi hotspot and wireless tether both available on playstore. Run hotspot first then tether to get it to work.
