Text 2 speech, save as mp3, send via gmail app???

Is there an app where I can type in what I want it to say, save it as an mp3, then send it via email?

It has no real purpose other than it sounds pretty funny. My buddy keeps sending them to me and of course he claims its an iphone app.

I googled 'android text to mp3' and got several hits. You might see if any of those do what you're looking for.

Goggles voice recorder does this. I use it all the time to do transcription on the road.
