Text delay feature on the V10?

Hi, everyone. I just went from a Galaxy S5 to the LG V10. One feature I had on the S5 was a delay on text messaging. We've all been there - accidentally sent a text to the wrong person, or had some major spelling errors we wished we would have caught before hitting the send button. I had mine set for a 5 second delay (I believe the option was 3 to 30 seconds). I cannot find that feature on the V10. Am I overlooking it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Textra has the delay feature.

Textra? Is that something already in the phone, or is that an app I need to get? Sorry, I'm not super tech savvy.

It's a texting app that you download from Google Play.
It has ads but they aren't too intrusive.
