Text/Font Color

hello,
after the latest update, I can barely see the text fonts or whatever on my messages, settings menu etc I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the color so I can see them. I've included a screen shot to be more clear. Anyone know how to fix this?

Pull down from the top. Tap the gear icon; That's "Settings".

Its been a long time since I've had a Samsung but somewhere in their Settings probably under Display there should be a place to change font size if not color.
