Help Text Message Issue

Hi

I received a text message from a company not in my contacts. The screen shows that this message came from "West Group" and there does not seem to be a number for that! I would like to add West Group to my contacts so I can have a nice image displayed. Any idea how I can do that?

Hi

The phone I have is the Xperia M2 running Kitkat with the built-in messaging app. What this does is look up mobile numbers in contacts abd shows names and photo for the numbers it finds.

I don't have that phone. Try long press on the message or on the sender for context menu... hopefully including "add to contacts".
