It's a frequent question, and I've never seen any solution. 
There are apps that can back up your texts, to local storage or your Gmail, manually or automatically, so I strongly recommend installing one of those for the future. But they can't help with messages that have already been deleted.

Yep, if they've already been deleted, there's not much you can do unfortunately, sorry.
