How do i recover my erased text messages on my lg optimus by net ten?

If you didn't make a backup first, I'm afraid there is no way. If you did, then you just restore the backup.

There are many SMS Backup apps in the Play Store, some of which (e.g. SMS Backup+) can be set to back up automatically on receipts of a message, and many more which can back up regularly on a schedule. But this only helps in the future, not now.
