When i receive a text message on my Andriod Alcatel Fierce and i reply the message appears above the sent message.
How do i correct this?

I've never seen that on any phone. Check the settings of your message app and look for an option to turn this off. If you can't find one, install a different message app from the Play Store (personally I use Textra, but there are plenty to choose from so just find one you like).

If this happens with all messages, probably the time is set wrong on your phone. If only with one sender, its probably the time is wrong on their phone.

date and time
tick "automatic date and time " and tick "automatic time zone"
This should make your phone set its time using the phone network.
