Help Text messaging

From anyone, or just certain people? If the latter, are they iPhone users and did you used to own an iPhone? If so it could be the infamous iMessage bug where Apple's servers think you still have an iPhone and so other iPhone owners end up sending iMessages (proprietary) rather than SMS (platform-independent). If that is it then there is a way of signing out using your old apple account - a quick web search will pull it up.

If not, then have you spoken to your service provider? That would be the first thing I'd do in that case. Unless you have a really weird phone with a finite message storage capacity and have filled it (used to be a thing, but would be very unusual these days).

I can't receive them from anyone. Just became a problem a few weeks ago and I've had this phone for over a year. I've never had an IPhone.my phone is a Huawei H89IL

Then see my second paragraph: you could try clearing a few texts and see whether it makes a difference, but if it doesn't then you need to talk to your service provider.
