Text messaging

[Android Question]

I keep getting this message when trying to open my text messaging...
the application messaging (process com.andriod.mms) has stopped unexpectantly, then
has to be force closed. How do I fix this??

The "mms" refers to picture texts. Most likely your image size was too large or you have corrupted data in the app. Try going into Settings > Manage apps, select your texting app from the scrolling list, and then "clear cache" and "clear data." If that doesn't fix it, then please make a follow-up post.
