[Android Question]

I use a T-Mobile Prism. Last night, I realized my phone can't receive any text messages, but I'm able to send them. Not quite sure if people got them. I followed the advice to clear data and cache, and to delete unnecessary messages. But I still can't get them. What's wrong?

Hi, welcome to Android Forums. Sorry it's taken so long for me to be able to respond.

You could try downloading a third party application like Handsent SMS. If you are still not able to receive text messages, I would call T-Mobile's customer service.
