Text sound when on a call

Hi All,

When I get a text while on a phone call I get an audible tone in my ear that is louder than the call. I have looked all over my phone for the setting to disable it and have not been able to find it. Any ideas on how I can turn this off?

hrm that is kinda odd, there should be a notification sound volume in the Sounds menu to change... if not then it may be something else
