Help Textra Pop up on Home screen

Good day,

ive searched help post to no avail.

Would someone please explain how to cancel out the Text Notification when it pops up on Home Screen. I tap on the pop-up, the text box opens, i close it the text box and the Notification remains.

Choose the no heads up notification in textra settings
