Help Textra SMS upgrade fail?

I am a Pro Textra SMS user.
I upgraded my Verizon Note 3 from Textra v3.18 to 3.19.
After the upgrade, most of my messages that had been "locked" have disappeared or been deleted.
Also, many messages have been duplicated.
I attempted to Resync via Settings...did not work.
I attempted to delete Textra and reinstall...did not work.
Where did all my locked messages go? I NEED them!

Yes, I reported via Twitter and email. No reply or recognition they received it. Saw a few other people online with the same problem, but not reply or fix. Very confusing. Afraid to do much tinkering because I do not want to lose the messages. But I cannot wait forever for a reply.

I have talked to the Textra dev via email...

he has a "real world job", and he will get with you when he can.
