how can l transfer my texts which have been saved on phone to a sim on a htc wildfire

I'm not aware of any way to copy texts to a SIM. SIM storage is so limited that few people have used it in years.
You can copy a backup to a different phone and then restore it, if that's what you want. Easy if both are Android, as can use same backup app on both. Otherwise you'll need to tell us what phone you wish to transfer to.
