Texts Wont Send

Tmobile Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G

Why won't my texts send? I'm able to send texts to contacts I already have threads (conversations) with but I'm not able to create new threads. My service plan includes unlimited texts. I also use Handcent App. Please help!
