Thanks to this site I was able to root my Incredible w/Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread and I fixed my low memory problem! THANK YOU!

Turns out I had an error log file in /data/data/com.android.htcprofile that was 70 MB!

I will post details on how I fixed this in the Incredible Support and Troubleshooting forum.
