The $1.2 billion deal by Chinese consortium to buy Opera gets diluted to meet regulatory approval - Reviews

While Opera approved the $1.2 billion buyout offer from a Chinese consortium, the deal failed to gain Chinese and US regulatory approval. Instead, Opera has agreed to sell its mobile and desktop browsers for $600 million. The deal is expected to close by the end of Q3.
