The 2nd Screen cracked Droid X2

I have a Droid X2. The actual screen you touch is not cracked but the screen under it is. you can see it light up but nothing but what looks like spilled oil. I dont want to orderthe wrong part so iwas wondering if this is considered the digitizer or what?
