error keep showing up, how can i fix it ?

It depends on the app itself.
Go into Settings > Apps > All and find the app that is misbehaving. Tap "Force Stop" and select OK to the prompt that pops up. Once the App is stopped, scroll down a bit and select "Clear Data". This will delete all of the app's cache. Try restarting the app to see if the problem continues. If it does, clear data again, and uninstall and reinstall the app.
