The back of my phone fell off! I am able to put it baack on but when i try to turn on my phone, it shows a picture telling me to put the back on. I try to secure it more and it doesn't work. Please help!

Do you mean the cover will not go on all the way?
Make sure there are no small pieces in the battery compartment and the battery is in tight. Also make sure the latches are not broken
