The Best Way to Replace my SD card

Dear All,
What is the best and easiest way to replace my old SD card with a bigger space one?
I have HTC Wildfire s and I'm new Android user...

I did it by using a card reader to copy (not move in case there are problems) the entire card to a folder on my pc. I then copied those contents to the new card. It worked just fine for me.

Do not forget to make hidden files available first, so that yo can copy them too.

Replaced my SD micro card last week and did just as UKCatFan said above, except that I don't have a card reader so had to connect my phone to the PC, copy the data, switch the micro cards in the phone and copy the data back. Unfortunately it didn't work so I followed advice on here and formatted the new card, copied the data to it again and all was well.
