The Big C

My mother also died of a cancer that eventually got to her brain. In the end, she was so heavily medicated that she was nearly comatose and yet she laid there retching in pain. It was then and there that I became an advocate for euthanasia. I, too, hope for the easiest exit for this dear lady. She, like most everyone, doesn't deserve to suffer.

Sorry to hear of this ob, and I agree, end the suffering and to hell with the religious belief that it is a sin to stop a life.

My sister in law is recovering from having more than half her stomach and surrounding areas cut out because of cancer. She has lost so much weight she looks like a telephone pole and all of her hair fell out from the treatments, but she is recovering and we all expect she will be fine.

She had to go out the other day and said, "I hate wearing a hat and just said f_um I went out without it !"

LOL, yeah she is coming back !
