Help The built in gallery app.

Anyone know why this thing records every single picture that hits the phone? Example being if i download a new app or game it suddenly has a folder with 80 pictures of icons, company images etc in it. The only thing i want shown in the gallery are my own downloaded pics and those taken with my camera. As it stands the gallery seems to copy any new images from an app that are sent to the phone.

Anyone else notice this and is there perhaps a setting i need to click to make it stop doing such things?

If you hit the menu button in the gallery app, is there an option to show/hide the different galleries? I know I have that on my handset, it could just be a Sense thing though.

No help with a solution, sorry! this used to happen on my DX, never could figure it out? Thankfully it hasn't been an issue on the RAZR. My DX was rooted, my RAZR is not.

Should be a hide option. "All" the app is doing is indexing media files anywhere not in the actual locked app storage.
