It seems the media is extremely evil / corrupt / biased.

Not only will the media refuse to show the rest of the world what is going on here in SA (and only God knows where else) with the attempts of horrifying mass genocide and endemic corruption and destruction but now even search engines want to be biased and show only what "they believe is right for you" and "want you to believe what they believe is "right"".

A search engine should never be biased... it should be very neutral as can be... they should never show you only what they want you to believe and only what they want you to hear or what they think is correct... but it looks like we live in a world where the media is trying to cover up lies all over the place so it is of high concern whether they can be trusted at all.

How can we trust the media if they won't even show what is going on in certain parts of the world? I only fear what other disturbing lies they have tried to cover up and bury that doesn't fall in line with their scary agendas.

It is actually far worse than just being biased it's like the world is trying very hard to cover up serious topics that should never be silenced.

I have no idea what other extremely important topics they have desperately tried to cover up.

This kind of behavior is of extremely high concern.

When I watched that one video with Lauren Southern talking about SA and how the media was DEAD SILENT over seas - I was extremely concerned and was very worried that they never tell the truth about anything... I wonder how many countless of other millions of people's lives have been destroyed with their disturbing agendas?

This is not being paranoid - this is a disturbing reality we are living in.

This is beyond scary.

The thing to remember is that if a lot of people describe Trump as an idiot, tag pictures of him as idiot, etc, then an unbiased search engine will return Trump amongst, or even prominently amongst the results. At some point you would have to intervene to stop this, at which point you have biassed it yourself.

Now I'm not defending Google or any other here. All of these companies like to claim their results are the result of "unbiased" algorithms, but in reality algorithms are constantly tuned, tweaks put in to prevent results they consider undesirable, and doubtless promote things that pay them money (which I doubt labelling Trump as an idiot does). And of course we have our biases: do any of us complain if racist or paedophilic material is suppressed?

My point is that none of these things is truly unbiased, and some of those biases are probably things almost everyone is happy to accept and most would consider necessary. The tricky bit is, as always, where to draw the line? Given the power of search it is hard to justify leaving it to opaque commercial interests with an aversion to scrutiny or regulation. But China illustrates the risk of letting politicians get involved, and can you imagine what your search results would look like if Trump got to rule on what was "unbiased"? There probably wouldn't be a single fact left on the internet ;).

and of course.. these articles..

only serve to add fuel to the fire. because curiosity kills the cat.. and we all jump on google and type idiot. click on images..and the orange troll pops up.

hahaha
