For those of you not familiar, the Mercedes-Benz Unimog (affectionally called "Mog" by its fans) is one of the most monstrous go-most-anywhere-do-most-anything vehicles ever produced (other than commercial and military vehicles, of course).
This is one variation (they have many different configurations) I chose to give you a sense of scale:

Anyway, several years back the Lego company joined with Technic to produce the Lego Unimog kit; some 2,000+ pieces of functional fun. Well, once you assemble it, of course.
Since I thought there are lots of hobbyists on the forum, I decided to share the modeling story with you. There's a video embedded in the article as well.
