Any help here would be appreciated. My mum has decided she wants a smartphone, so we've bought her a Moto G. She lives too far for me to sit down and go through everything with her, and trying to talk her through it on the phone has proved ridiculously difficult so far! I just need a youtube video which will cover the absolute basics for her. Bizarrely, this is proving very hard to find.
She's not a complete technophobe, she can navigate her way around a PC easily enough but this is different. All the videos I found use terminology like UI, OS etc. freely without actually explaining what they are. Yes, of course you and I know (and I can explain this to her obviously) but I need something that is thorough enough to cover the important aspects, but starts from the VERY beginning! As I said, really struggling to find something on youtube so any help would be appreciated
