This is the answer to all whom have been experiencing the issue with pressing the phone icon only to be brought back to the My Metro App!!
I had been googling a long time as I noticed others on different ways to call metro PCs.
The balls were , like when you owe money, you click that phone icon and rather then get connected you go straight back to the menu.
Paid or not this past month Regardless of paying You would click it and be sent back to the app!!!
This was so frustrating. Finally I disabled it. This didn't work yet lo and behold it needed an update.
This is critical advice.
Update your my metro app!!! Or you can't talk to customer service!!!!
