Help The person I call can't hear me (US Cellular)

The person I call can't hear me when I call them. I have to call them back at least 2 times and sometime 3 times before they are able to hear me.

I've had my S3 for 1 month exactly.

Return to the store as faulty, sounds like a hardware issue as sometimes it works and sometimes it dosnt.

I've already been to the US Cellular Store. They only recorded an issue on my account. I sent US Cellular a message last night and this morning got a software update. Maybe that will do the trick.
