Help The phone makes a "Start recording" sound when the phone is locked

Hello everybody.

I'm using Galaxy s8, model SM-G950F.
The version of Android is 8.0.0 and the Samsung Experience is 9.0.

Lately, i'm facing a very disturbing issue:
When the phone is locked and placed on the desk after i didn't use it for a while, suddenly i hear a "Start recording" sound from the phone.
The same sound is also appearing when you start using Google's microphone assistant by clicking on the microphone icon as appeared in the picutre:

It is the NSA picking up.

j/k I've had phones with Lock / Unlock sounds that were similar to the shutter sound of the camera. You can usually find somewhere in the settings to turn it off.

Thats not it. It happens after i didn't use my phone for a while, at least.
