Has anyone here ever used the Toonmaina App? That app has been on version 8.0 for a long time which caused the cartoons to not have a play option. Does anyone know why there hasn't been an update to fix the play option problem?

It's not in the Play Store now, so I guess the publishers have discontinued it and so it's no longer maintained and updated.
