I have been trying to find an application that will allow me to generate tasks/todo's, view calendar/set appts, and that also has a full-day agenda view. I want it to have reminder/snooze. easy access/data entry, and a default view of all of the above in grid format (such as with Color Note).

Have You tried for example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dayagendaplanner&hl=en ? It's caalled a2p day agenda time table plan and can help you plan time task-by-task, minute-by-minute, estimate total duration and finish time, etc.
