When your are new to something people react 1 to 2 ways generally in my opinion, when asking about things.( I couldn't be more general in this take) One way, the not exactly negative but snubbed response may be similar too, "are serious where the hell have you been", especially with electronics and technology . The other usually ecstatic "holy shit wait until you hear what you have been missing". Usually the snubbed response reveals nothing you didn't already, know because the snubbed responder just has the technology and doesn't know much about it, or at least doesn't know enough to explain it in a way that a new user could understand or just thinks it looks good for profiling purposes, which is fine. The later response invites a world of questions and either for self gratitude or just pure fanaticism can explain in detail exactly what you have been missing and lead one into a world unbeknown before the inquiry.
Posting in an android forum such as this is intimidating because the common believe, even after reading posts and answers to post, show that people like myself have elementary questions about things, is that everyone here is a superior expert in the field of all thing android. So with that stated and if you didnt know yet, I am as new as they come to android with my EVO 4G 3.30.651.3 and am eager to hear the second response that will lead me into a world that I was not aware of before I received my EVO.
Please feel free to lead me into the best direction and explain exactly what I have been missing, and take me through the steps to root my phone...haha that shit looks complicated.
