Root Theme Engine

Is it possible to get a theme engine on stock rom?, i dont really want a new rom, or most features, so a stock rom works for me, but i would like to be able to change themes on a stock rom if its possible, otherwise ill have to get a rom that has it.

You would have to first install the xposed framework on your N5 and then you could download and activate an xposed theme module. These are suppose to be like the CM/T-Mobile theme chooser. Here's a couple that you could try -

I'm sure that there are more theme modules available too. After you install xposed framework you can go to the download section within xposed and find a whole list of modules available.
I have xposed framework installed on my N5... But I haven't tried any of the xposed theme modules.
