theme question please answer

i know this is probably a really stupid and easy question to answer but what do i use to get my home screen to look like this (the icons, clock, weather..etc...and also how do i change my slider for when its locked)

Not a dumb question at all, in fact that setup is quite nice. The clock and weather looks like the Beautiful Widgets app with a custom skin and those sliders looks like the Widget Locker app.
