Hi there people new to the android world, just got my first phone( xperia mini pro), just wondering what and how can i change my theme if i can.

you can go to the market and search for launchers , a good one is called the awd launcher, I use it on my HTC , its really good.

I am big fan of GDE. I love the 3d cube effect when switching screens. I think it is all a personal preference though. Your best bet is to do some research on all of them to see what would work best for you.
