How do you install themes?
I found this site called iconfinder.com
using this, can i customize it?

if your phone isnt rooted ( you didn't say ) get a home replacement app like pandahome, ahome, or openhome, download the theme you want and install it in one of those apps.

what rom are you using? Some have many themes you can download for them. Have you checked the Market ?
