Have you tried removing some unwanted apps on your device?

Really no way to solve the issue if you have a ton of apps on your phone. You are out of space, depending on your device, you can maybe put in an external SD card and again depending on the version of Android move some apps to that external SD card, but other than that not much you can do. Uninstall some apps of course will also work.

If you really want to keep certain apps, consider getting a micro sd card to store all your apps in it.
