There was a problem communicating with Google server

Hi everyone.
I'm in need of some help.
My Google Play store was not working so I deleted my Google account. Now I cannot add my Google account back.
It shows the message "There was a problem communicating with Google server"
And I've read each solution over the net. I've tried it all. My phone is not rooted and I don't want to root it.
Can someone please help.. I really need this fixed. Bare in mind I tried everything.

Google does have periodic regional outages. Sometimes you just have to wait until they fix whatever problem they are having.

Hi, Lunatic.
I appreciate your quick response!

Do you not think it's a problem unrelated to Google?
I've seen its a common fault from what I've seen on the internet.
I cleared the data on my Play store, Play services and Frame work. I even deleted Play store and play service and reinstalled in with no avail.

You mentioned, "...was not working so I deleted my Google account." Did you indeed delete your Google account (as in your entire, online Google account) or is this just a reference to disabling your Google account on your phone?

Hi, Svim.
I deleted my Google account from phone. The account that syncs my gmail, play store, play services, chrome etc.

#I am still able to login to the online Gmail account.

Have you encountered such issue?

You're right. It needs to be synced somehow.
(Initially I switched off Auto-sync. I think that caused my Play Store to stop because my Google account was not syncing. It did show an Error syncing when I turned on Auto-sync)

I'm using my phone, I logged onto my Google account from the link. My phone is listed there.

In your Settings >> Accounts >> Google your gmail address is listed there correct?
When you tap on it are all the listed services showing up?

That is correct.
All the icons are there but it's basically useless because when I click on it, It all says the same "Couldn't communicate to Google server"

Svim, The issue is resolved.
It was a simple solution.
I cleared the data from Play Store, Play services, Account manager and frameworks initially.
Now I did all of the above, except I forced closed account manager and cleared the data from Google partner set up, re started the phone and it worked!
Thanks for your assistance though!

I'm having exactly the same symptoms on my phone, (LGL41C). Only what worked for Clarence02 above did not fix my problem. For some reason my phone still can't sync to google server. Any advice?
