Help there's and free app to prevent my tablet andriod from rebooting?

You want to stop it from being rebooted or it's rebooting by itself? What tablet is it, make, model and Android version? ...possibility of known stability issues with certain devices and firmware.

If it's rebooting by itself, unexpectedly, then there's likely a stability issue with it, possibly buggy firmware and it needs to be updated. And if you want to stop it from being rebooted, that might be difficult, because usually they can be rebooted by holding down certain buttons which causes them to restart, like power, which is hardware.
 
Why my tablet android samsung sam-gtp6200l keeps rebooting when im using wifi hotspot and when i tether my tab to my pc. since my tablet doesn't have wifi hotspot and tethering device. i download the apps only. i tried many apps but same results failed.

OK so it's rebooting when doing a certain thing, i.e. when it's on-line. That's a stability and use issue, likely with the device itself, given that you've tried different apps. That's very probably something Samsung will have to fix, possibly it is hardware or firmware, is it using the latest firmware, check for updates, either OTA or using Kies on a PC. Is the tablet rooted?
