Thin blue line down tablet screen.

Hi, I just bought a new tablet, the LG GPad 8.3, and I found a thin blue line across the whole right side of the screen from top to bottom. Its right at the edge. The weird part is, it only shows up after watching a video for 20 minutes or so. Its not the video, or the video player I was using because I've tested since then. I'm not sure if it will appear just if the screen is on in general for 20 min, because I haven't really had it on for that long except to watch videos. So anyways, it shows up after a while, but then after the screen being off for a bit, it goes away. Does this sound like a software issue with a simple fix, or should I exchange it?

Any sort of splotchiness, discoloring or lines is more than likely a hardware issue. If it's not too old, I imagine it'd still be under warranty and you can exchange it.
