During a pre-launch test, Space-X lost their rocket and payload in an impressive explosion. Given the destruction I doubt they will be able to figure out if the failure was due to the attempted re-use of a launch vehicle...but thankfully, their safety protocols mean no one was injured.

Pretty spectacular failure. I hope SpaceX were insured against the loss of the $200m satellite. Mr Zuckerberg was not pleased.
I can only imagine how distraught the poor engineers were, at the loss of what must be years of work on that project.
