I have reason to believe my boyfriend or someone is tracking my stuff or controlling my phone somehow. idk how to tell or what is needed but these are some screenshots I took of randoms... idk if they help at all! aaahg please help, I literally feel like I'm using my mind!!!

Hi, BriGotBaked and welcome to Android Forums! :)
It doesn't look like it's being tracked, but there are some things turned on in Developer Options that I'm not sure why.
First, uncheck Strict Mode and Show CPU Usage which is right below it. The latter will get rid of the text you see covering the upper right part of each screen.
Unless you're looking to root, mod or change some lower level device specific things with your phone, there's really no reason to mess around in Developer Options. In fact, since Android 4.1 (I could be mistaken here), Google has hidden those options by default so users wouldn't unknowingly mess with them. :)

I would simply ask your boyfriend if he unlocked Developer Options to begin with.
 
Welcome BriGotBaked. Just to add a little bit to what breadnatty08 said, be careful to read the permissions when selecting apps from Google Play as some may have to ability to control some functions of your device. Hope your experience @ Android Forums is a good one.
