Thinking about switching to verizon

Hey I am thinking of switching from the shitty AT&T to either verizon or sprint. I am having a hard time deciding and need some input. I love sprints prices..best on the market. I want a carrier with good 4g in the future and idk if wimax is going to provide that. I heard verizon is releasing LTE network later this year and people say its going to be better than wimax. I like hearing that except for the fact that wimax 2 was recently demoed in some country and got speeds of 330 mbps i believe. Now LTE or TDLTE are unable to get near those speeds. So which will be a global standard in the future? LTE or wimax/wimax 2. I don't want to switch to sprint if wimax is going to get dominated by LTE. That's why i want your input on what i should do. Should i just go with verizon or go with sprint?

I say Verizon, cause you want the phone to actually be able make and receive calls. Do you live in a city with a NFL football team? Then you'll get LTE sooner than the rest of the country. I don't think you'll notice the difference in the speeds between the two networks, just get a phone with a faster processor so that the web pages resolve faster and flash works better.

Well LTE will come but the question by when will all city's/states get it. In your area Sprint may be the best choice best way is to ask you coworkers family and your friend around your area to see how its been working for them then make your choice. Beside Verizon currently doent have any 4G devices if I'm correct.

I think VZW will have the best coverage in the end. Sprint started rolling out 4G before VZW did so naturally they are ahead for now, but VZW has a larger infrastructure.

I'd say the EVO is at the top of the android phone food chain, but others are moving quickly. IMO Verizon >= Sprint
