How do I enter a third party email account on the android? I have the samsung galaxys4.

I don't have a Galaxy S4, but I do have a Note 10.1. I think the email apps are similar if not the same.
Go into the Email app, not the GMail app. Pull up the menu, and go to Settings. One of the buttons right at the top is "Add Account." Tap that and enter the requested information. There are two options, manual setup and automatic. If the automatic doesn't work, you will need to have information from your email provider on how to set up email clients like android or Outlook. It will have info on ingoing and outgoing server names, port numbers, etc.
