Not sure the issues, but I have had some real issues with this unit. After having a mid stellar experience with 2 Commandos and not having to replace it after 2 years, I find it a little disheartening to have to be on my 3rd Brigadier. No matter the issue the manufacturer just wants to replace it. Verizon is doing the swap as the phone will reboot randomly and the camera just sucks.
It has to be a memory software issue that neither claim they update. I contacted the manufacturer directly to see if maybe a firmware or OTA update is coming and I was told verizon handles the updates. So of course I contacted verizon and was immediately told that the manufacturer is responsible! WTF! Typical! So my 3rd phone will arrive today with the same software running the same OS, so it's fair to say this one will also have the same issues? Good chance I say.
