I've had 3 thunderbolts now.
First one I got in April and it would randomly restart when using cretin apps. (gmail for instance) So back to Verizon it went.
Got my "certified like-new replacement" and the microphone didn't work so I sent that one back too. After I sent it back Verizon claimed they never got it and charged my account $500, after 2 weeks of phone calls Verizon saw they had received my phone then sent it out to another poor soul and took the $500 off my account.
On my 3rd one now and it has randomly shut off since I got it. I could live with it when it was once a week especially after what happened when I sent my last one back. But the shut downs have gotten worse and worse, its up to 2 or 3 times a day. It will be sitting in my pocket or desk and I go to check it and its off.
I want a new phone. Do you think Verizon will let me trade it for a Nexus?
